Ivan's apartment was not only attractive, bright and airy, clean and comfortable but, importantly, was so well- stocked (well above the average) with items a traveler needs. Close to a grocery store, a small fresh produce store, near a bus stop, and very walkable for the four of us to Old Town.

It was a great experience and place to stay overnight ! Very clean, the host was friendly !

Excellent stay! Perfect location in the heart of Dubrovnik. Apartment clean, very spacious and comfortable. I would strongly recommend for everyone who is visiting Dubrovnik.

We were on a small vacation. The apartment is beautiful, exceeded our expectations. The host's mother made us a welcome cake-it was still warm when we arrived, something great! There is a bus nearby that takes you to the old town in 15 minutes A 7-minute walk is a promenade and we are on the beach once twice Everything was excellent. thank you.

We had a wonderful stay - we were made to feel very welcome by the entire family. The location is perfect, close to a great beach, and the island is beautiful. The accommodation is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. We wished we could have stayed for longer! Thank you so much!

Really lovely apartment! New, clean, nicely appointed and great atmosphere. The bedrooms are well equipped and the additional bathroom was great with our kids. After a day walking in Dubrovnik you can relax on the terrace. The only downside is a new development downhill limiting the views, but take 2 steps outside and there’s that view again. We’ve spent a couple nights here with our family of 4 and really had a blast. Would recommend for sure. Hope to be back someday! The location allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik, but you still get there in 10 minutes by taxi.

Had a wonderful week with the family in this stunning home (6 adults 2 teens & a 4 month old baby) the property set on a hill up some steps so not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The outdoor bbq was all set up and ready for use on our arrival. Bus stop to Cavtat or Dubrovnik old town is 5 minutes away down a small hill. The main prom area of Mlini is down some quite steep steps but once on the front is a lovely steady walk with some beautiful restaurants. Mirta & her parents were never far away should we have needed anything and were excellent hosts - would we return and do it all again - absolutely.

Great villa, spacious and well equipped. BBQ area, pool, jacuzzi etc.. all as described. Ana is very friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only negative is the walk to the beach and the restaurants is fairly long and difficult with a push chair, however it helped to walk off all the excellent food in the area!

Right in Aston’s old town, nestled against the old city wall and lush with beautifully kept terrace garden. Nice room with amenities and great patio to sit and relax. Highly recommended

Perfect location, our stay in the villa was very pleasurable. Places to eat located within 5 minute walk and the food is just delicious. Access to a lovely secluded bay for snorkeling and swimming was just a few metres from the beautiful villa. Would love to come back again one day. Thank you Ana, Jonathan and family.

A really lovely place to stay and very convenient for the old town. Luigi was very friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. I wish that we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than in the photos – very clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, which made our stay even more convenient, like Nespresso coffeemaker and big TV with YouTube etc. Wi-Fi speed was also ok. Josipa is amazing – always very quick to resolve any small issues. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift left for us at check-in. The balcony offered beautiful views (sea and mountains) and parking space was dedicated for us. The location is great: just 5–7 minutes by car to the sea and a shopping mall, and about 15 minutes to both the airport and the center of Dubrovnik (even you can use Uber or Bolt, it’s very cheap there like 10-15€ per ride) We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. We found this an excellent location to base our visit to Dubrovnik! Directly across the street was public beach access to a sandy beach, and this location is just a few minutes away from the Ploce Gate to the old town with ample restaurants. The apartment itself had spacious rooms, all ensuite, well-equipped kitchen, lovely sitting and dining area, and a little balcony with 2 seats that was perfect for sunsets over the town and sunrise looking out to sea.

Dube is truly a great host! Always available to support in planning our days with tips of what to visit in the region. The apartment was spotless and as advertised, really good! And of course... what a view, really breathtaking!
