Beach house vacation rentals in Dubrovnik

Very welcoming family. Location is perfect, right outside the southern gate of the old town. Bus stop, bakery and small supermarket are a 2-minute walk away. Although the room is not large, we have not experienced this moment as disruptive. Everything is sparkling clean and the terrace overlooking the harbor is a perfect addition. Highly recommended!

A very nice apartment, beautiful views and very responsive and friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home with a wonderful view to sea. I will once again mention how friendly and prompt all communications were. We hope to have the chance to come back for another stay.

What a fantastic place to stay int he old town. the location is perfect and easy to find (if you don't mind steps!) right near the main attractions but still quiet and peaceful. The place was clean and exactly what we needed, the small touches such as the snacks, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and makeup remover pads were very much appreciated. The host was super helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations in the local area and even allowed us to check in early and leave late which was super helpful! thank you for such a wonderful stay - will be recommending!

It was a super nice week in Jelena’s place. We needed a beautiful getaway and that is what we got. Jelena is very friendly, responsive, and her advises and insights improved our stay. Perfect place for couples and families with not too small kids (since there are lots of stairs and the place is on a slope). We can also highly recommend a full day boat trip with a skipper.

Absolutely stunning! We spent a week at this gorgeous villa. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We were 4 adults and 2 children so made use of the 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite which was very convenient. Every little detail was so well thought out, the amenities in the kitchen were fab, everything you could ever need! The outside space is beautiful and so private. The location is great, really close to Dubrovnik and the surrounding villages. The pizza restaurant over the road is delicious and some small shops locally had everything we needed to cook at the villa. 100% recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Our stay in Orašac was ideal! Absolutely beautiful home and surroundings and Antonela, who greeted us and communicated with us was fantastic and warm and made us feel at home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. 😁

Mihovil was a great host.. when we had queries regarding the villa he answered promptly and concisely. Our pool was cleaned during our stay and we were asked each time when it would be convenient for us so as not to disturb our use. He was friendly and informative and the villa had clear instructions of do’s and don’ts for guests which were easy to follow. The villa also contained a useful travel guide for tourists visiting Dubrovnik which also covered other trips to surrounding islands. There was additional bedding, blankets, towels & pool towels available and a very useful washing machine. Mihovil has thought of everything including a supply of mosquito repellents for indoor and outdoor use. The villa is very well equipped and there is an outdoor barbecue for guests to use.. We would definitely recommend the villa if you wanted to use somewhere peaceful just outside of the old town but bear in mind the local supermarket or shops are a short bus/ car / taxi ride away. We

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived a bit early and we were able to leave our luggage and got access earlier than expected. The house was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and had every appliance we needed for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and luxurious. The open plan kitchen living and dining areas were spacious and very comfortable. The pool and garden grounds were well looked after. The accommodation was faultless all round and we would recommend this highly to others and would love to visit again. The location is perfect in a lovely quiet bay but also easy to get into Dubrovnik. Our hosts were caring and considerate and provided a lot of advice for trips and things to do.

Really lovely villa in an excellent location. The outside facilities are top notch. Would whole heartedly recommend hiring this accomodation should you be wishing to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding areas.

The house was very comfortable for a group of 6 and located in a beautiful location very close to the old town . We relaxed in the hot tub too on the day when we walked up the city walls ! Was a Spa like experience ..the bathrooms were clean with good toiletries . The kitchen & the living room was the place where my family spent the most memorable times sipping wines and eating home cooked meals at night . The sea view was mesmerising. Had a fantastic experience & felt home away from home . Thank you so much .

Ivana’s place was absolutely perfect. Amazing location. Great space. Amazing amenities. Ivana met us on the edge of the old town, after organising an airport transfer of us and walked us to the flat - which was amazingly useful. And also gave us tonnes of recommendations for the area which were great. Definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed a long-term stay in the apartment and we felt very comfortable here! The apartment is cleaned and newly renovated. You have a huge terrace from which you can see the sea. Accordingly, you can also get to the beach quickly. The location is great. Within a few minutes' walk you have reached the promenade and here there are restaurants, cafes, etc. Since Lapad is very hilly and the apartment is upstairs you have to walk a few steps. This has and did not bother further, as we are athletic. In the bedroom you have a great workspace. We will come back again 😊

Sanja’s place was exactly like the photos. It was lovely and peaceful and breakfast on the veranda was idyllic. Even though it was very quiet, there was so much to do nearby and it was a great location. Finally Sanja was very responsive to our messages and helpful!

The villa is amazing, felt at home straight away. Beautiful villa, beautiful view, very peaceful. This place looks exactly like the photos. We loved that it was a fully equipped kitchen, I love to stay in and cook. We would definitely use this place again.

Zoran was a fantastic host, he greeted us on arrival with welcome drinks and was very informative and gave good suggestions on where to visit. The apartment was lovely and the views were stunning. The apartment was only about 8 Minutes drive to the old town, it was peaceful and quiet. Thank you Zoran!

Top apartment: everything you need is available, the location is great (bus in front of the door or Uber works great, places right outside the door), everything is super clean. We can only recommend it.
