Vacation rentals in Dubai

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. Часто бываем по работе в Аджмане, и это лучший дом в городе, по моему мнению. Пляж через дорогу, много ресторанов, отличный вид. В квартире есть абсолютно все и даже больше. Хозяйка Алина встретила как старых друзей. Вернемся еще раз обязательно.

I loved the place , it's near everything and dubai mall is just 3 mins walk. the view is beautiful and the place is nice and clean

The apartment was excellent in every way except on locating the actual property initially. A more accurate address is required for GPS. Other than that, once we settled in, everything was perfect. The location is within a short walking distance of the Burj and Dubai Mall. Very clean and modern apartment with every facility for a comfortable stay. If we travel to Dubai again, we would definitely book this place.

It was a great experience. The apartment is in a good location, close to the promenade with lots of cafes and restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment is easy to get to, clean and tidy and have everything you need for your stay. Only 10 min drive to Dubai Festival with a lot of shops and 15 min drive from Dubai International Airport. Highly recommend.

The place is amazing, clean and very beautiful design. The location is the best 👌, if you are staying short , you don't need even a car , a lot nice places is near by walking distance.

Great place to stay with our 2 children, we stayed for a month in April, kids pool, park & cinema room kept the kids busy when we wasn’t out an about in Dubai, pool is quiet an nice to chill in the day an even late on in the evening lots of people out playing padel an on the park and sat around the seating area, the apartment is very modem and the host was always quick to reply, would definitely stay again, maybe October 😀

Eu amei o apartamento, tudo muito lindo, limpo, igual o que está nas fotos.. A localização é ótima.. Super seguro para andar na rua. E o anfitrião respondia muito rápido, qualquer dúvida, excelentes indicações de restaurantes e lugares para conhecer. Irei voltar com certeza!!!!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio ! Il est propre, bien aménagé et très confortable. Tout est conforme à l’annonce, avec une literie de qualité. Chaima a été très accueillante, réactive et attentive à mes besoins. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

We were a group of 10 girls and had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place is exactly like the pictures—beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and we had more than enough space for everyone. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

I had an unforgettable stay at Bnbeyond's Holiday Home in Downtown Views 2 Tower 1. The apartment itself was stunning – unlike your typical holiday home, it featured unique and thoughtfully curated interiors that made the space feel both luxurious and welcoming. Every single window in the apartment offered a direct, breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. Waking up or winding down with that iconic skyline was truly magical. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to Dubai Mall, which made shopping, dining, and exploring so convenient. The building’s amenities were exceptional, and the podium walkway and pool area offered unreal views of the Burj Khalifa, especially in the evening. What made the experience even better was the incredible hospitality from Bnbeyond Vacation Homes. They were kind, super attentive to any requests we had, and always prompt with their service. The apartment was spotless on arrival and felt truly cared for, which made all the difference.
