Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in The Fan, especially for longer-term stays. The location is fantastic, the unit is nice and comfortable, and the price is great. Brenda was friendly, responsive, and would give me a heads up on significant events going on around the city. In all, I stayed here for several months and didn't have any issues in that time. Parking lot is a great bonus, too!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The bed is so cozy &the smartTV placements are excellent. One in front of the bed& another in the front room. Large storefront style window lets in lots of natural light throughout the day, but has a thick shade you can easily pull down for privacy. The extra blanket in the closet was a total win. AC units in the space are quiet, &work really well so I could keep it chilly as I slept. The shower pressure is gentle, but not weak in any way, &the water stays hot. I dont suggest sleeping on the futon in the front room, but for a small seating spot, it works. Work desk in front room is awesome. I really enjoyed sitting at my computer there& enjoying all the natural light. Cemetery across the street is really peaceful. Grassy space w/mature trees to go for a jog, &I loved the wildflowers popping up all over. The neighborhood is super safe& quiet! I read in some reviews warnings about bugs, &I can report I didn't see a single bug! Place is spotless! 5 Stars
