Hidden Waterfront Luxury Oasis with 9-Acre Pond

AmandaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was a great place to stay. The view was absolutely amazing, and property was very spacious. Accommodated my family very well. The bed in the master bedroom, however, was not that comfortable. It was extremely hard. Only other issue is that we got locked out of the master suite somehow and had to call and message the host to get back in. The host was very responsive but, in the future, maybe there should be codes provided in advance in the check in instructions as each room has a keypad.

Large 1 Bedroom in Lovely Neighborhood

Absolutely beautiful all around. Easy and secure access, clean place, plenty amenities, slightly “thin walls” but nothing too bad. I will say, the shower was small but nothing short of spotless. Great stay!

The Martin House: 1 Br Cottage

Unfortunately due to my husband’s health, we were unable to stay. The place is absolutely lovey, beautifully decorated and in a scenic and historic location. Just so charming. Hoping to return when circumstances are better. Pamela was responsive, empathetic and went above and beyond.

Your home-away-from-home

YvetteRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Lindsey is incredibly responsive and helpful. Clear instructions. Best office setup that I've seen from any AirBnB. She's professional and friendly. Home is very inviting. Don't hesitate to text her if one of the neighbors is doing his thing by playing music too loud. She is on it. If you don't have a car, make sure to rent one. Getting Uber / Lyft was a lot more expansive that I though $135 / ride to $20 / ride. And the rental car companies don't have cars available for days although it want a special event. Obviously that has nothing to do with the host. That's a tip to make you're stay smooth.
A fire pit made of stone is surrounded by several blue Adirondack chairs on a concrete patio. The view features a sandy area leading to the water, with trees lining the shore and a pier visible in the distance under a bright blue sky.

Water and Beachfront River House

DesireeRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Jeanette was an exceptional host! She was very responsive and so helpful! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. We had such a relaxing stay. The house is large, and the layout was perfect. Plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. The beds were all extremely comfortable, and the refrigerator/freezer was great for a large family. The neighborhood was quiet and the property is well kept as was all the surrounding homes. The walkway to the private dock and beach area was level and easy enough for visitors of all age ranges. The teens loved swimming and kayaking, and the whole family fished all week. We caught eel, catfish, and blue crabs. It was a perfect getaway and I would absolutely recommend it to future guests!
A spacious screened porch features a dining table with four chairs and a comfortable seating area with a deep blue sofa and decorative cushions. Large windows provide views of the river and outdoor space, inviting natural light into the area.

Magnolia Breeze, Grandview River Cottage

We loved staying at John's place, especially hanging out on the screened-in and open decks in the back of the house facing the water. Beautiful view, quiet, and very peaceful. We also had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well-appointed.
