Woodland Retreat w/ Sauna, Cold Plunge & Hot Tub

BenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Here's a 5-star review for Christine's cabin: ## A Perfect Family Getaway! "We had a fantastic stay at Christine's lovely cabin! From the moment we booked, Christine's communication was excellent - she was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself is perfect for families, with great facilities like decking, a fire pit, and a slumber pod for our little ones. The kitchen is well-equipped and stylishly decorated, making meal times a breeze. The decor throughout the cabin is tasteful and welcoming, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that's perfect for a family break. We loved spending time together in the evenings, snuggled up by the fire pit, and enjoying quality time together. We'd highly recommend this cabin to anyone with kids or looking for a secret getaway from the city. Christine's attention to detail and commitment to providing a wonderful experience make this place truly special. Thanks, Christine, for a wonderful stay! We'll be back!"

The home was beautiful as the pictures shown. Very peaceful, that I had to stay an additional night. My host was very nice and understanding. It felt like I was right at home being as though I'm from that area. It was worth the travel!

Red Juniper Retreat

JoseRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Red Juniper Retreat is a beautiful place to spend a few peaceful days. The house is spotless and the layout is ideal. Everything in the kitchen and bathrooms is sparkling clean, and we were also welcomed with thoughtful touches like chocolate on each bed and everything needed for a bonfire. If I ever am back at the area, I will stay at Jazmin's house.

Moss Side Manor

KevinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My guys and I had a great stay in New Kent. It was odd being in a place that was representative of 150 years of history kept mostly in its antique form. That is, except for the kitchen which was modern underneath a classic look. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I had a couple concerns when we checked in, but Adam responded and resolved everything quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away with a history niche.

The Duck Blind located near RIC airport

BlakeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
House was very clean and priced well. Location was safe and felt like it was a higher end area when driving around. We never felt unsafe at the local grocery store and restaurants down the street. Location is close to the highway between Richmond and Williamsburg. It was an easy 1 hour drive down the highway to see historical Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Hampton, VA. It was also very close to Cold Harbor an dGaines Mill Civil War battlefields for a quick thing to do if you have some down time. They have walking trails at the battlefields to take a quick hike. Check in was easy with just entering the passcode in the door. Place had a fully stocked kitchen that made meal preparation easy. Place is very private and surrounded by trees making you fell out in the country. There is a neighbor that shares the driveway but you cannot see their house at all and it felt removed from them. There is only one neighbor that you see coming and going when you leave the house.

Cozy & Content River Retreat Beach Hot Tub & Games

MichaelRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Incredibly peaceful and comfortable. looking forward to returning in warmer weather and for a longer stay. We were seeking a quiet place for renewal and relaxation and the little yellow cottage met all our needs. We stocked up on local seafood from nearby Warsaw to cook, woke up with the birds for breathtaking sunrises and soaked in the amazing hot tub with an incredible view. As a bird geek in training, I had an amazing assortment to watch and enjoyed the views from the dock and the deck each day. We experienced a heavy downpour for a great deal of our stay, but a trip to town and hunkering down with our books, puzzle and more hot tub were the perfect antidote. We might share the space with friends or family next time, as there was plenty of space. However, our trio of 2 humans and our puppy pal might just escape alone again! Thanks for sharing this letter slice of heaven on the "Rivah." We'll be back!

The Cozy Cottage At Grateful Meadows

AlexandraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner and I had an amazing time at Victoria's place for a birthday celebration. It was extremely cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. Archer and Marley make the best welcome committee-- we had a great time making friends with the kind animals at the sanctuary. We were a short drive to Williamsburg, where we enjoyed lots of great food options, but we found ourselves missing the cottage and itching to return. There is lots to do on the property such as pool, darts, or relaxing on the L-shaped couch while enjoying a show. During our stay, we didn't have any issues with spotty wifi and were able to binge watch The Pitt without a problem. Overall, Victoria has a wonderful home and is a very thoughtful host. We hope to return soon!

Kelly's Comfortable Quinton Home

HelenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Cozy, comfy and super clean roomy ranch home in a quiet neighborhood. Visiting the area for a wedding and touristing with extended family. House set up well with both a living room and a family room which made it possible for quiet relaxing and socializing to happen at the same time in different areas. We would definitely stay here again.
