Welcome to our cozy loft cottage, built in 2021! You live separately with a patio in the west in our garden. The cottage is 24 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is a bedroom, sleeping loft, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and a bathroom. We put some food in the fridge, freezer and pantry as a start. You have 250 meters to a small swimming area and a long beach walk for jogging and evening walk with sunset in the sea. See GUIDEBOOK. We love our Kullabygden and would love to share it with you!

Here, you’ll find the perfect base for a relaxing vacation close to the beach, nature, and vibrant city life. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends looking to spend a vacation together in a quiet setting. The house is located on a lovely natural plot with a wild garden, where you can enjoy the sun, birdsong, and plenty of privacy. There is plenty of space here for relaxation, play, and long summer evenings.

Inside, the decor is spread over 55 sqm and here you can expect a newer kitchen from 2021, bathroom from 2024 and a cozy living room. There are 2 identical bedrooms, both of which have a double bed (160cm). Outside, you can enjoy the day on the 85 sqm wooden terrace, which was built in 2024.
