Fortuna Strandhem II is a lovely detached villa by the beach with an associated lake plot located by the water on beautiful Fortuna. Outside the kitchen, which bathes in morning light, there is a small patio with breakfast corner and towards the sea is a large patio. The house offers a fantastic view of Råå harbor and Helsingborg in the north, over Denmark and Ven and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which you can see on clear days. It is a couple of kilometers to Rydebäck city center and the nearest restaurant is within a 10-minute walk.

The house is newly built and architecturally designed, with beautiful materials and ocean views. It was completed in the summer of 2022 and is located a five-minute walk from the sea and the harbor. Here you will find a scenic and restful environment, perfect for relaxation or for those who want to explore Kullaberg's amazing nature and activities. This is our private vacation home, decorated for our own use. We are happy to share the place with guests who appreciate the tranquility here and contribute to the peaceful atmosphere in Arild.

I rent out two bright rooms on the upper floor of my house with their own entrance and bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds. Included: Free parking, WiFi, bed linens, towels, cleaning and access to kitchen, washing machine, TV, garden, patio and balcony. Stay close to the sea, beach, harbor and beautiful coastal roads - with cozy restaurants and cafés. It is easy to get around in every way. I live separately in the house and am available as needed.
