Monthly Rentals in Downtown West, Minneapolis

The location is fantastic. You are very close to the high-end dining and great places to stop in and grab a bite. There is a little bit of street noise but nothing that kept me awake. While the building is historical, it has undergone many updates and renovations. I didn’t experience any technical issues with the building. The gardens and grounds were beautiful. October in MN, the weather is unpredictable. When the first few days were still warm and the evenings chilly and the building had not switched from air conditioning to heat, I mentioned to Judy that I was chilly in the evenings. She produced a small space heater that kept me toasty and warm. The apartment is well furnished and well laid out. The only downside for me was none of the closet space accommodated a long garment. I simply hung a hook over the door in front of the washer/dryer so I could hang my dresses. The secure parking ramp was on the next block which was perfect and easy to use. I would stay with Judy again.

Great location for concert at the target center, extremely walkable and parking so convenient in parking lot right next to the building ( cheap parking prices). Very helpful instructions to enter building and for leaving. Would definitely recommend.

Very amazing stay super comfy bed more than we needed. Very smooth check in and out. Will be coming back!

Tiffany’s property is on the South end of the North Loop. It is walking distance to everything everyone raves about in Minneapolis. I travel all over the world staying in AIRBNB’s, Tiffany is the 1% of the 1% of hosts. This place and Tiffany are the best of the best, Thanks Tiff !!!!!
