**We can accommodate you for two nights minimum. Please disregard any reference to 30 day minimum stay. Location! Very Close to US Bank Stadium, TCF Stadium , Guthrie, Surly Brewery, U of MN, Downtown Mpls, GREAT bike trails, the airport, art and culture. Probably the best place ever?

Sweet lower level of a duplex right smack dab in one the coolest neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Entire place is yours (I live upstairs in a separate unit if you need anything). It's less than 3 miles to the big 3: downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, and Modist Brewing Company. Sleeping arrangements = 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a couch that turns into a Twin XL.
