Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown Tacoma

We really enjoyed our stay in Carol's home. The pictures don't do it justice; the view is absolutely stunning and took our breath away. Carol was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering our questions promptly. The home was just as described—very cozy, clean, and it had a lovely scent. This was definitely the best part of our trip to Washington, and we hope to come back in the future.

This is our third stay with Jeffrey and Linda ... so that should pretty much say everything. It is a great little space. Always clean and comfortable. For those who think you need a big space to enjoy your time, this probably isn't for you. It is small (I prefer "cozy"). But it's just the right size for the two of us. Everything is in great condition. There is attention to detail--and love the electric fireplace, both for warmth when needed and for ambiance. And they provide instructions for everything--TV, fireplace, even the smoke detector. We will be back.

We stayed for 3 days. Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of options for Door Dash and Instacart. The host was very communicative and provided pics on where to park, how to get inside etc. We would definitely come back.

I had a great stay at Marie José’s place in West Seattle! The house is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and incredibly user-friendly. Everything you need is thoughtfully provided, making it easy to feel right at home. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating a welcoming space. If I had to mention one small suggestion, it would be to maybe add a little table and a couple of chairs outside in the garden—it would be a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

This is a gorgeous spot surrounded by trees with a view of Lake Washington. Seward park is right there for one of the most beautiful park experiences in Seattle. Peach was welcoming and gracious, the unit well cared for. One of the nicest rentals we’ve had through Airbnb.

Doug & Cheryl are very thoughtful hosts. From the very detailed instructions, clearly labeled items and little touches like USB ports & charging cables, you knows that they've put themselves in your shoes to make you feel as comfortable as you're at home. The place looks just like the pictures & while some might feel that the kitchen/dining area looks like a boiler room, we found it charming & full of character. It's nicely modeled & served it's purpose. The area is nestled in a safe, quiet neighbourhood and offers privacy while within reach to many amenities & attractions. I would definitely look at staying here again!

Nicole’s place was very nice and clean, we will stay there again, felt safe, Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Few minutes away from groceries store, restaurants, gas station, easy access to the highway, overall great location.

This place is beautiful and extremely cozy. The scenery is gorgeous and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately my parents have some pretty serious specific health issues and needed different accommodations but, this place is incredible and I would definitely recommend this space and Host!

Our stay here was amazing. The beds were super comfortable (very important for me), the location was great and appeals to anyone from a nomadic hiker wanting to hit the pacific north west outdoors to a family with kids needing a place to stay stay for a season. There aren’t enough words allotted to explain how great our stay was here. The hosts were super generous, communicated well and helped with whatever we needed. It was close to everything we needed like grocery stores, parks for kids to play, and the scenic views of gig harbor. The place felt very tucked away and private even with the open window and having no blinds concept. We felt very safe here with our two kids. It came with a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, plates, cooking ware that we could ever need. It was very clean and we had zero issues whatsoever. We would be glad to come back and stay here again if we ever find the need in the future. Thanks again for an amazing and restful stay!

We always felt safe and comfortable! Great place if you’re looking for something not too big, but just perfect for your stay! About 15 minutes from the city so it is extremely convenient! :)

My second visit to this perfect “home away”, just as easy as the first visit. Everything is comfortable and available. The kitchen isn’t missing a thing if you want to cook. There are great restaurants just steps away, but enough steps that you don’t have their noise. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Tacoma!

I really enjoyed staying at Elena's place. Elena is a wonderful host. Communications were responsive and friendly. The place was very cozy, comfortable, clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen helped to feel like home) Location is great too. Short drive to local "Busy areas" with plenty of restaurants and stores, minutes from Downtown, and public transportation is available, if you are not driving. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed Caroline’s spacious suite. It’s located in a lovely walking neighborhood and a short drive to many restaurants along the waterfront. The suite had all we needed, a comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom with soaking tub and rain shower, great light and lighting as well as lovely touches throughout. Thanks for sharing your inviting space Caroline.

A cute place for my weekend stay! Bridget was so quick to respond and friendly making the stay feel so comfortable! It’s the perfect distance from the Tacoma dome too if you’re visiting for an event. Would stay again if I’m back in town 🙂

Great place to stay! Lots of provided amenities and the bed was comfy! Really enjoyed the projector and hot tub.

This is the first time I’ve ever given 5/5 to an air b and b… firstly John is such a nice host he communicates quickly and accommodates what you’re needing. This house is private in a nice safe area with a lovely view out of all windows. There is an amazing pizza restaurant down the road in walking distance. The parks surrounding the area are beautiful! The house is very comfortable clean John includes everything you need … and extra touches like wine beer pop and coffee are much appreciated. The hot tub looks onto the water with a view of Seattle… my best friend and I came for my bday and we cannot wait to plan another trip to this air b and b! Thank you so much John for a wonderful stay so much appreciated

This last minute stay went well. The host was responsive in a timely manner. The instructions were very clear and simple to follow. The place is a great location for a quick commute to Seattle while being away in a quite neighborhood. I would stay at this airbnb in the future

My second visit was as perfect as the first. This time the weather cooperated that we could use the beautiful deck to soak up the afternoon sun and take in the beautiful and serene surroundings. Thank you, Laura, for providing such an outstanding rental!

This was our second long stay at Angela's place, which was our home away from for 3 weeks while visiting our son and his fiance who live nearby. I worked remotely from the home the whole time, and the internet worked fine once we established a wired connection to the router. Angela was very responsive to our needs and questions. In particular she provided a table that worked great for my workstation. She also helped out with a great laundry solution. We arrived in early spring as trees and flowers were just starting to bud, then got to witness the nicely landscaped front yard explode into color. The 6th Ave location was perfect for us, with many excellent restaurants and hip retail options within walking distance. We used the hot tub several times and loved the sense of private and peaceful hot tubbing in the midst of an urban hub.

This place was fantastic! Danica and Phillip have truly gone the extra mile to ensure their guests feel comfortable and I absolutely adored all of the little touches like the robes, slippers, breakfast, wine and fireplace.
