Monthly Rentals in Downtown Seattle

Wonderful place for my longer term stay. Everything was comfortable, clean, cozy, and tidy. The amenities available had me feeling right at home as well. A very ideal spot close to public transit, shops, restaurants, and parks. Greatly enjoyed having my own parking space as well! The host Shannon was friendly, readily responsive to my inquiries, and checked in to make sure all my needs were being met. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely lovely spot, right in the heart of Queen Anne - a beautiful, dreamy part of the city whether you're coming from far away or live here in town. The carriage house was beautifully decorated and maintained, sparkling clean and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of street parking, but walkable and (if you follow the instructions they send you!) an easy Uber/Lyft ride from anywhere you want to go in the city. The redwoods in the yard and fountain outside made everything feel even more serene, like living in a park even though you're centrally located in the city. Michael and Manny were also fantastic hosts, super friendly, always available and quick to respond (not that we needed much while there). We had a great little weekend getaway but only wish we could stay for longer! Highly recommend on all counts. :)

Was the perfect short term stay for my fiancée and I while we looked for a full time place to live in Seattle! Apartment was in a great location and just a few blocks away from Broadway for bars / restaurants or Volunteer Park. Place was well decorated and cozy which made us feel at home. Kaili was always super responsive and extremely friendly! She even came over to refill the grill’s propane tank for us when it was empty. 10/10 stay!

Stayed at both units during my 90 day work assignment in Seattle. The host (Drew ) was very accommodating for all my requests. Response time was very quick usually less than 30mins depending on time of course. From the units you have a view the mountains, The Wheel, piers. On the roof you can take great pictures and views 360° of the downtown core and the surrounding water/mountains. The roof top amenities are great with the renovations 03/29/2024. Walkable distance (7mins to the stadiums), 15min walk to Target, great sites and restaurants all within walking distance. Building is very secure and quiet (solo female traveller), never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The office management is also friendly as well. 2 Charging stations in the garage if you have an electric car (use the “Blink” app to use the chargers). I would recommend both units to anyone for work or personal stays in Downtown Seattle.
