Loft-like private unit in townhouse. 16ft ceilings, airy, open and comfortable. Walls of windows with privacy screens. On a busy street but quiet back bedroom. Unit has one queen bed and a twin air mattress. Walk outside to catch the bus going to downtown Seattle. Downtown Ballard with great restaurants, bars, and stores about 1.2 miles. No kitchen but there is coffee, tea, toaster and microwave and a full set of dishes and a mini-fridge. ADA accessible. No check out chores.

Even in the weeks leading up to my stay, any questions I had Kia as super responsive and helpful with. the place was stunning and honestly was so amazing to come back to after my concert and take a nice bath and then lay on the sofa. it's a wonderful place and has a stunning view at night

Arden's place was just as advertised. Great location in Capital Hill. Nice walkable neighborhood and safe. Lots of options for food and beverages within a few blocks. Clean as a whistle. Great amenities. Arden was an excellent host. Super communicative. The bed was comfortable. Because it was in a loft, there wasn't much head room, so if you are tall, it could be a bit tricky. Other than that the space is fantastic. I highly recommend Arden's place.

This was my first time visiting Seattle, and this place was a great place to stay in. Walking distance to a Trader Joe’s, bars, a really cute coffee hut, and an amazing restaurant right downstairs. It’s a 10-15 mins drive to downtown/ pike market place, so it’s pretty close as well. The apartment itself was wonderful! It was spacious, clean and tidy and the host was so nice and accommodating. It is on a Main Street, so there is traffic noise, but nothing to keep you up at night. Would def. stay here again!

The location and decor in the home are incredible! Exactly like the pictures! We had a group of 6 (including our 11yr old and 17yr old) and it was perfect. Walkable to all the things you’d want to do in Seattle along with great restaurants and coffee spots. The Club below is not an exaggeration however we were well informed to know what to expect and ear plugs were provided so this wasn’t a big concern for us. The club is only open Fri/Sat and closes right at the expected time. The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Lanis was communicative (not overly and as needed) and polite/friendly in our interactions.
