Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, San Antonio

Our stay was amazing! My wife and I were in San Antonio for Fiesta, and this spot couldn’t have been better. It’s right on the River Walk, which made it super convenient to get around—bars and restaurants were all within walking distance. Ramiro was a really nice guy and very accommodating. They offer early check-in for just $25 per hour, which I highly recommend. We reserved four hours early just in case, and although we didn’t arrive until the standard 4 PM check-in, it was great to have that option available. The only issue we had wasn’t Ramiro’s fault—he actually gave clear instructions about the parking pass. We were just having too much fun and totally forgot to put it in the car. The pass is on the kitchen counter, and you must display it if you park in the garage. Unfortunately, we didn’t, and our car got towed, which was a huge inconvenience. So learn from us—don’t forget the pass! All in all, we loved the place, and you will too! It has a beautiful view and perfect location

The house was nice and more then enough room for our family. We had a great stay! The location was Perfect for where we needed to be and close to the river walk. We Will be definitely staying here again.

Great place to stay when visiting downtown San Antonio. Within 5 minute walk from the Riverwalk with plenty of parking around. The place was spotless and had all the listed amenities. I would definitely book again!

Great location, walkable to everything we wanted/needed. Paid parking available next to the building and across the street. Took my teenage kids and they thought having their own mini apartment was so cool. It really made things easy and relaxing! Checkin instructions was clear and well written. No issues with codes at all! My only complaint, the trash was not taken out from previous guests in the main kitchen/living area in 2 rooms. The sheets in ours were stained which was concerning. But everything else looked clean and in place. They did provide a sound machine in each room which one of my kids loved. It’s not loud from street noises however you are below another floor. There was someone stomping around a lot in the early morning hours. Also note, when someone upstairs flushes, it makes a noise down into your room! Not a deal breaker but it’s noticeable when you are sleeping. We didn’t spend much time in our rooms other than to sleep. We would book again! Thanks!

They were wonderful hosts. James was so kind as to help me with my luggage and I'm incredibly grateful that they also allowed me to steal their ice packs to transport back my breastmilk! They were very accommodating and I enjoyed our conversations.

I had a fantastic stay! The accommodations were perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, and the space itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again!

Location is quite safe and within 2 miles of downtown/Alamodome. Riverwalk access is a few blocks (as it extends south). Condo was spacious, polite neighbors, pool looked nice but a bit chilly for San Antonio in April so we didn’t get in. This was perfect for our needs and we would stay here again! Thanks Luis.

Very convenient and nice. Would stay again - Tania was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Five stars. One caveat - the complex locks and you need keys or a vehicle to exit! I occasionally tried to walk my dog without keys and realized I couldn’t get out of the gate - however it feels so so so so safe that it is worth the minor inconvenience of carrying a key. Again, good Airbnb.

Location in relation to the city and the places we visited was perfect. Quick to get on the highway in any direction. The neighborhood itself isn't one you'd want to go for a stroll in, but the stay itself was fine. The driveway was gated in and it was easy to park. The space was relatively new and comfortable. Contact was easy to reach and responsive.

Great communication. Was in an area with shopping near by. Comfortable and everything worked.

This was an excellent apartment for our stay in San Antonio during a convention. The place was very spacious, had three decent sized bedrooms each with their own en suite and everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you - we’ll be back again!

Everything was perfect! The bed was so comfortable, Perfect after a long day at Seaworld! The balcony view in the mornings was a great way to start the day. The location was great too, Six flags is literally in the backyard too.

I was well guided with the instructions and had no problem getting in. everthung was clean and she was very responsive in a timely manner. We really enjoyed the stay and the pool was great.

Loved the condo looks like it had been upgraded recently, perfect view on the balcony, very clean, and great front desk service. Was at the end of the river walk so it was peaceful and quiet at night, but still very close to all the things to do. 100% will book again!!!
