Places to stay in Downtown, San Antonio

This is the second time my family and I stay here. Very comfortable and the location is great. Easy to get there and it is very calm and safe. Host is very responsive, friendly and the instructions are clear. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance :)

Beautiful Airbnb , the astheic of the house was enjoyable. Perfect location with minutes away from downtown and riverwalk. Enjoyed our stay, will definitely book when I’m back in San Antonio (:

I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. It was the perfect spot to unwind and get some rest. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and I’d love to come back again!

Definitely recommend to visit again! Close to the Alamodome

The house itself was great. Plenty of space and smelled wonderful. The backyard wasn’t quite what we expected (we’d planned to let our kids play). It wasn’t anything terrible just a little overgrown and more rocky/rough than we expected. Overall though, it worked for our short stay and good location/close to many places.

Jennifer was a great host in responsiveness and being attentive. The place was just what our family needed and the back yard is a huge plus for pets! Highly recommend if your staying in San Antonio.

Traci’s place was great, peaceful. We felt safe. Great Mexican food place within walking distance. Highly recommend Traci’s place.

The View was awesome and John was very responsive to any contacts we made with him. We had minor issues that were quickly resolved by text messages to John. We would absolutely do this location/place again if we are in the area. We had a great place to take our daily walk in the neighborhood. The house was spacious and well equipped. Only thing that would have made it better would have been some means to have music played in the main living quarters downstairs. I highly recommend the place and the host. Nancy

We found the home to be clean and orderly. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. There is a nice table in the dining room that is perfect for games and meals. The kitchen contained adequate cookware and utensils for food preparation. The pool is ideally sized for lounging. The house is large enough that the bedrooms are not disturbed by the living area. A/C kept pace with the humidity of Texas. Home overlooks a golf course that was nice for watching. Location is about 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio. Neighborhood is clean and well kept. We give five stars. Owner provided excellent coffee! Bath mats are needed in bathrooms as the tile floor is slick when wet.

Super CLEAN with tons of room. Gorgeous home. Safe neighborhood. The heated pool was AMAZING we were hoping for a weekend full of sunshine but the weather had other plans but because the pool was heated we were still able to enjoy ourselves. Home is cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful. I love how much seating there is. The backyard is amazing. They set up cute little snack arrangements and drinks for us too. And it smelled and looked very clean when we first walked in. It was helpful that we didn’t have to take all the sheets off the bed given how early the check out time is.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

as always the place was great and we appreciate having a place to go to it served our needs quite well

It was amazing. The pool was the main reason we stayed. But overall this is the place to stay. Definitely will come here more often

We loved Malibu Ranch! Our kids loved the pool and the pool table— it was very peaceful and beautiful. We look forward to staying here again
