Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! I was lucky enough to stay for a month, and it was like being at home. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, and the neighborhood is safe, walkable, with tons to do within walking distance. I hope to come back soon!

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We stayed at the house with another family and it was perfect! The location is great, right across from a playground in the beautiful, walkable Elmhurst neighborhood. It’s right next to the freeway but there is a high sound wall, so noise wasn’t a problem. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch, chatting and admiring the beautiful dogwood tree, which was in full bloom the week we were there. The interior was clean and comfortable and the layout was excellent. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we’re in Sacramento!

It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. Sweet Pea Cottage couldn't not be more idyllic!! We could not stop talking about how lovely the property, the home, and the hosts were. Amado was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. He made us feel so welcome. The home was even better than pictured. There was plenty of room for us, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Trying to come up with another excuse to come stay at Sweet Pea Cottage as soon as possible! Highly, highly recommend!!
