This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is located in the heart of downtown Sacramento and has everything you'll need for a memorable trip to the capitol of California. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, etc. Built in 1940 but fully remodeled in 2023 so it's the perfect cross between historic and modern. Welcome to the secret garden of central Sacramento. This adorable mission style cottage is steps away from our beloved local brewery, New Helvetia Brewing Company. Restaurants, coffee shops, the iconic Tower Theater and more are all within two blocks. Head the other direction into the neighborhood and walk down streets lined in sycamores and see all the cute houses of Land Park. The cottage is lovely and cozy, the garden a dream, and the kitchen perfect for social cooking and eating.
