This is exactly what an AirBnB should be. Clean, quiet, excellent location and very large. One of the best perks was the off-street parking which was so appreciated! Hosts were responsive and friendly. If I ever return to the area, I hope this place will be available. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I rented this place for a three day trip to Montreal, place was perfect for just the two of us. Super clean, bed was super comfy, everything worked just great. Location was a little difficult for parking and such but that’s not a deal breaker!

Enjoyed waking up to views of Old Montreal. So convenient for Palais de Congress as well as walking around the sights, bars and restaurants of Old Montreal. I loved sitting in the window with my morning coffee. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine and dryer is excellent.

great location, lively neighborhood! The apartment is very comfortable and modern. The metro is super close by which made it very easy to get around the city to see all the attractions. My wife, cat and I had a great time and hope to visit Kyle's place again!

We had a wonderful stay at Art’s property in Montreal’s Plateau. The location was exceptional. Avenue Mont Royal was right on our doorstep and it was just a walk to the metro and beautiful Parc La Fontaine. The apartment is a renovated basement, so it’s half underground, but this didn’t bother us at all. Plenty of light and fresh air through the open windows. We would stay again.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Montreal! The location was perfect - very walkable with great restaurants and easy metro access. Carlos was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is a super cozy and very well-kept apartment in a great location with beautiful sheets, towels and appliances. It is small but very comfortable for one or two people. The apartment is very sheltered from street noise, but we could hear music from the event space below. The location is super, and it is very convenient to come and go. I would 100% stay again.

My friends and I loved our stay here! Was only a few minute walk to the venue to the events we saw on the weekend and so close to many restaurants and clubs! The space was really nice and came with everything we needed except a microwave! The club next door did not cause us problems at all and it was nice that we were able to get in on the list for a free drink although we got busy doing other things and didn’t get the chance to do so! But next time we will! Can’t wait to stay here again!

My stay at the apartment was completely hassle-free. Everything was spotless and the open-plan kitchen and living area felt wonderfully spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location, right next to the Quartier Latin with countless restaurants nearby, couldn’t have been more convenient. The included parking space and the terrace were great bonuses. For the quality offered at this price point, the apartment is an outstanding choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was very clean, fully equipped, and everything was in excellent condition. The location is also great — there are plenty of fantastic cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s just a short distance to downtown and the old city. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space felt cozy and welcoming. Everything was just perfect!

Ellen was really easy to chat with and she helped us leave our bags at the apartment early with no issue. The location is great and although on a busy road it was very quiet! We would definitely recommend this to our friends for future stays! Thank you!
