Thanks for a fun stay in Montreal. Adrien’s recommendations for restaurants and for the patisserie were very good. Close to a pretty park and we could walk to everything. Metro around the corner. Someone even salted the steps after it snowed! Thank you!

We loved this place. There are so many beautiful touches, from the woodwork to the furniture and the art on the walls. The place was spotless, the beds extremely comfortable, the appliances all new and working well. Nathalie was gracious, responsive, and generous. Parking is surprisingly easy for such an urban location, and the Metro is a few steps away. We'd be delighted to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was as described and the location is perfect. We really appreciated that the space accomodated children and loved the local recommendations. The only slight draw back was the fogged glass windows on the bedroom doors of the bedroom behind the kitchen as it became disruptive when others went to use the bathroom or kitchen at night.

The location was perfectly central for a first-time overview of Montreal. We could walk or easily Metro anywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, and shopping within easy walking distance. Nice to have a private parking space, though we took extra precautions due to reported car thefts in the area. We experienced no problems with car or anything else. Thanks, Frank, for an excellent home base.

Extremely clean place, fully stocked with everything you need! Apartment itself felt safe, but location is in a bit of a sketchy stretch of the city. Within a 5 minute walk of downtown and 10 minutes from Old Montreal, overall a great place!

Excellent location to enjoy old Montreal. The apartment even has the feel of the old city as it truly was an old stone building but freshly renovated with all the modern touches we expect. Any time we had questions or needs they were answered very promptly usually within a few minutes and dealt with promptly. A great stay.

The location was great! Very close to garage parking and all the restaurants in old town. The accommodation was comfortable. The listing says the beds are queen sized but I am pretty sure they are doubles. This was fine as my husband and I were able split up but I would not recommend 2 couples in the place. I saw some reviews with complaint of noise but we had no issues even on the Saturday which is a busy day. I know that costing is cheaper in the winter so I don't think we could afford this place in the Summer but cost in winter was well worth it.

Very nice apartment for two people, The roof terrace was very nice and very well furnished Small downside because we are old, it is missing a curtain at the skylight above the bed and the sofa not too comfortable Otherwise, for the rest superb I'll be back with my little wife, surely

A very spacious, airy, and light-filled apartment located in the heart of the city's most touristy area. Our unit was situated at the back of the building, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay—no street noise at all, with a serene view of rooftops and backyards. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating; communication was prompt, respectful, and they went out of their way to fulfill a special request we had. We would gladly return on our next trip to Montreal.

Loved using the hot tub! The cleanness and amenities were comparable to a hotel. When I reached out to host and asked for extra towels I got a response right away and towels were at my door the next morning. My only small suggestions would be shelves in the shower for toiletries. I was worried looking at the online photos that there would be enough space for all of us, but there was plenty.

We had the pleasure of renting your Airbnb for a Mother/Daughter weekend trip to Montreal, and your property didn't disappoint! Located in the Latin Quarter mtlFLATS was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. The unit is on the 3rd floor. Well appointed with 3 bedrooms (2 beds/1 bed/1 bed) with 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite/1 shared bathroom with the master) and fully a equipped kitchen, had us looking for nothing during our stay! There is also lots of closet space and a washer and dryer. The unit was clean and well appointed! The cleaning fee was great - as we just walked away and didn't feel pressure to clean before our long 6hr. drive home. We enjoyed our evenings visiting local restaurants such as Brasseurs de Monde, (best brisket poutine and you must try a pitcher of the vodka sangria, AMAZING). We also went to Belluccia located within the Doubletree, FANTASTIC pizza and vibes. Can't to come back to your Airbnb! Thank you for your trust taking care of your property.

This place is genuinely so nice and aesthetically pleasing, the ceilings are so high and place is huge with plenty of space, easy access to food downstairs and so close to all of the Montreal nightlife which is great, had no issues and the host made everything very easy and simple with their self check in option. Definitely coming back.

I came with 2 triends for the weekend and we had a great stay! It was a great location, right on St. Laurent so there is much to do in the area. It is a busy area but we didn't mind that, the windows are also very sound proof so noise from the bars/people at night didn't come through. Only note is that the bedroom didn't have AC and would get quite hot, and there were no full length mirrors. Otherwise we had a great time, the place was very clean and our host was very responsive and accommodating.
