One of the best AirBNBs I've ever stayed in. A carefully designed and renovated space greeted me, along with one of the hosts, Jeff when I arrived. The unit was easy to get into, very spacious and more than well appointed. It made it easy to feel like home. The inclusion of the huge screened in porch is a nice bonus, and makes for a peaceful space to work or relax. Although the unit is attached to the host's own home, it is somewhat separated by the garage, and I never heard any noises coming from inside the house. The area surrounding the home is lovely and there are some small restaurants and 2 grocery stores nearby for any needs! Hosts were more than accommodating and provided detailed instructions (along with helpful labels on the various light switches and appliances)

Brian was an amazing host, very accommodating to my stay requests which included an early check-in and a small gathering. Brian’s home is simply immaculate and absolutely spacious! It was just the perfect home away from home. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. My guest and I truly enjoyed our stay and wonderful host!

My family and I had a very comfortable stay at Garrett's cabin and barn. We visited in the winter so spent a lot of time inside, and we appreciated the space for our young daughter to play as well as the toys and games. We enjoyed the gym, the deck and yard, the kitchen, and the area had to offer.

Chose to stay here due to its proximity to the Wolstein center, and it did not disappoint. Two bedrooms were very nice. Place was clean and host was super helpful/responsive. Only complaint is there were a few burnt out lights throughout the place, which the host said their cleaners failed to report. They offered to get them fixed during my stay which I said wasn't necessary. Parking isn't included, but you can get an extended parking pass for the South Garage at $10/day which isn't bad.

This was my second stay with these wonderful hosts, but in a different unit this time—and once again, everything was fantastic! Just like my first experience, the space was clean, well-appointed, and super comfortable. The hosts are consistently responsive, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in creating a great experience for their guests. It’s such a bonus to know I can count on them no matter which unit I stay in. Already looking forward to the next visit!

Loved this place, the perfect 5 star stay!!! The apartment is very conveniently located, easy to find, parking is free & everything is walking distance. So many restaurants are nearby & such an incredible apartment. The apartment matches the description & looks exactly like the pictures, would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a place to stay while in Cleveland. Also Eric, Adriana & Miroslava are incredible hosts, super quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had during my stay, they are always super friendly & would address the issue immediately, overall a wonderful place to stay. Will book the place again whenever I’m back in the Cleveland area! :)

They left us a kind letter and some snacks on the counter. They stocked their cabinets with coffee which was perfect for my friends and I. We definitely enjoyed the amenities and felt right at home. The house had everything we needed to get ready for a funeral (steamers and irons). Thank you guys. I hope to come again sometime.

Location was as described and exactly where we needed to be for a night at Playhouse Square. Great location, fun building. Our weather was warm, so the rooftop hang out was fantastic!! The couch was comfortable but could use an end table to put your beverage on while sitting. The bed was very comfortable and had two pillows per person - love that! Clean, white, crisp sheets. We would stay here again.

Eric, Adriana, and Miro were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay surprisingly because I am not a fan of being downtown by it being busy. However this stayed made me enjoy being downtown! I overall loved it and I was book again!

For our yearly trip to cleveland, we’ve stayed in a number of different Airbnbs and this was light years ahead of any other place we stayed. It’s a beautiful old home with lots of space and great location for things in the area. Craig was responsive, very friendly and a great host. We will be back again for sure.

Eric a co-hosts were always responsive , polite and always at our service for any of our questions . Sometimes we kept on asking them multiple questions , they patiently responded and helped us . Host and co-hosts are truely professionals . If I get a chance I will book with them again . The room was very clean and we didn't had any complaints . It was a pleasant stay . Resty is fantastic, I recommend any of their properties. The place was just as advertised. Instructions were easy to follow, and Resty was available if you needed any assistance. I have family in Cleveland, so I come here 3-4 times a year. I normally use hotels, but after this experience I hope to use Resty's every time. Thanks, you guys were AMAZING!!!!!!!

Dona's place is so spacious, comfortable, decorated nicely, has comfy beds, and has all of the things needed for a nice stay. The locked building is nice and there is a doorman in evening as well. The location is terrific for CSU as it is right across the street and next to a variety of restaurants and a little convenience mart. Will definitely stay here again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Eric's spacious apartment in Cleveland. He was very accommodating, especially following our flat tire delay, which punishment about 3-4 hours (or more behind. we hope to return there next time but for a few days stay, rather than a few hours. His place is very comfortable and more.than adequate for a week or more. We really appreciate having such a nice place to stay. Thank you, Eric.

Eric & Adriana’s place was perfect for our overnight stay in Cleveland. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. They provided clear directions for parking and into the apartment and we felt completely safe the entire time. We really appreciated the great communication, including restaurant recommendations and checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable with everything. The great hosts, homey space, and safe walkable location will definitely be a spot we look for again when staying in Cleveland.

Wonderful location and view of lake erie. (Yes, you can see that far!) We were in town for Cleveland International Film Festival and the location was convenient for all of our site seeing and film screening needs! The location has a locked entrance and is safe.

They made my experience so extremely special! I was traveling with kids and it was my son's birthday and they had a cake and a gift and snacks - you name it! They truly made me feel like family. The place was clean and in a great location from downtown. I highly recommend this place; you definitely will not regret it. If I'm ever in Cleveland again, this will be my home away from home.
