Nice place, quiet neighborhood, great parking, and best of all, minimal chores!

After staying in several AirBnB's I have got fairly good at picking winners, and this one didn't disappoint. It is a pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk town, there is ample room to unpack and forget about your luggage during your stay, and the beds are really comfortable. We also appreciated the snacks and the excellent coffee they provided. At the end of the day we enjoyed watching a movie in the comfort of our own home - at least it felt like that. One of the better AirBnB's we've stayed in. We also loved the art. If you are looking for a place to stay in Anchorage quit looking. This is the place!

Peaceful except train horns. Convenient to walk to downtown and convention center.

Great location in the heart of downtown Anchorage! Arturo’s place is updated, private and safe. Everything downtown is walkable.

It is a great place and close to my son's house that I was visiting. I had my outgoing flight delayed and had to change flights so I arrived in the early morning but had no problem finding the place and getting in and settled.

Jeff’s place is an incredible Airbnb. The place was very quiet while being centrally located and in a safe neighborhood. It is close to downtown, the lagoon and right on the bay. I stayed for about a week and enjoyed sitting out in the yard watching the sunset over sleeping lady mountain—you can also see Denali from the outdoor sitting area on a clear day. The place was extremely clean and I was thrilled he had a French press as an option for coffee—he had every coffee apparatus imaginable to choose from. If that wasn’t enough, Jeff also picked me up at the airport and pointed out some of the sites in Anchorage as well as the various walking paths. I was traveling alone for work and appreciated the full office set up. I hope to come back and stay here again with my significant other for vacation someday.

This is a great place to stay if you want a view of the water but also want to be able to easily walk around downtown Anchorage. It was wonderful to have early morning and evening beautiful views of the water with “Sleeping Lady” in the distance!

Tony’s place was great for a one-night stay in Anchorage. Clean and large space with easy check in. The building itself is a bit hard to locate behind trees and parking, while there, is down a non-paved back alley so that wasn’t super clear when I arrived. I was glad I had arrived during the day. Overall, however, I can recommend this spot and Tony was very responsible and helpful. Thank you!

Clean, easy to find, 5 minutes from everything!

This home is a wonderful, peaceful place. It’s a great place to relax once your busy day is done. I would recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s place. It was quiet with blackout curtains and bed was comfortable. House was a little tricky to find. Driveway is down an alley. Great washing machine/dryer. No dishwasher and not many pots or pans. A short drive to the downtown area.

Irena's place is located in a very walkable location to downtown Anchorage. Nice 2-bedroom with easy parking. She quickly accommodated us when our original location had boiler issues. I recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was easy to find, within a 5-10 minute walk of downtown Anchorage, and had all the amenities we needed. We had an issue with the push button lock and John was there within 10 minutes to fix it which we really appreciated! We would denfitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Anchorage! The place was cosy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips that made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The location was perfect – close to all the major shops yet tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood. Waking up to the beautiful and personally decorated house was a real treat. I’d highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Anchorage!

Dylan was very responsive to every need during the stay. Fast response and quick results. if i ever have to come to Anchorage for work again i would stay here again.

One thing I learned while visiting Alaska is that everything is expensive. I might have given the value as 4 stars, but Brett was perhaps the best Airbnb host I've had so an extra star for that. We really did enjoy the stay and the bed so very comfy. The place was super clean and the hot tub was great too. Thanks Brett.

Ellie’s place was amazing! Very responsive and was very kind in allowing a later than expected same day booking!! Truly a life saver. We were looking for a place to stay for just one night and this was the perfect spot. If our trip would had been longer, we would still have picked this place to stay. The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone planning on staying in the area.

We loved our stay at Carriage House! We felt surrounded by nature on a beautiful property, but a short walk across a nearby bridge got us into town within minutes!
