Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

In the heart of the Pergord Limousin regional natural park, 30 min from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the Alley of Old Trees welcomes you in a green bath. The wooded grounds on 6 ha are a meander of the small river, the Gorre. Sleeping for 2 adults. Linens, towels, towels, tea towels, cleaning supplies provided. the village has a train station (Limoges/Périgueux axis) located a few minutes walk from the cottage. I can pick you up by car.

Charming little cottage for 4 people, well equipped in unspoiled nature - comprising a cellar-level kitchen/dining room, living room on the ground floor with 2 sofas + screen and upstairs 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. Great place to recharge...but if you can't drop your computer, don't worry, you have access to wi-fi! Parking area in front of the cottage and a stone's throw away, use of the shared salt pool (9 m x 4 m).

Beautiful little cottage in a fuste, 20 m2 in the heart of a coppice of chestnuts, in our permaculture farm. Great for a romantic stay, a romantic getaway (but possibility to arrange the sofa bed if needed). You don't even have to get up to do a hello to the deer, do it from the bed on the mezzanine. Around you is a forest environment, which you can see directly from the bed.
