Juan’s house is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The location is great because it’s just a short 9-10 minute drive into Mendoza City and about 20-30 minutes to popular winery destinations in Maipu and Godoy Cruz. You can also find cute restaurants just around the neighborhood and there are a few wineries that are walking distance (we like to walk so 30 min walking was not much for us). If you want to cook, there are local shops in walking distance and a big grocery store too. Juan himself was very kind and very responsive. We needed some help the first day with the house and he sent someone to help us within the hour. We really enjoyed Juan’s house. It was so relaxing to sit out on the patio or cool off in the pool after a long day of walking. We didn’t want to leave! Would love to return and highly recommend to others.

I spent a few weeks with my brother at Julian's apartment. It’s comfortable for two people, and the neighborhood is quiet. The mountain view from the living room is a great, and there's a gym just across the street. Recommended!
