Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and a modern terrace, there is plenty of light and unique views of great sunsets in nature. Perfect base for hiking and biking tours on the Swabian Alps. At the same time, it is also very close to Ulm. By car 10 minutes to the city center, good public transport connection with bus stop right outside the door and short distances to the highway to Legoland or to the Allgäu.

Rest and relaxation close to the university

Our granny apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.
