The apartment is located in a family house. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 min. to downtown Erlangen. Shopping within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, a separate kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices, etc.) are provided. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available.

The covered terrace invites you to sit comfortably together. A small children's playground is also available for shared use.
