Gorgeous CountryCottage overlooking Windsor Castle

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Open plan area with kitchen, table and chairs, small settee ladder to mezzanine level with sofa (sofa bed) and chair. Good size bedroom with queen size bed, some drawers and hanging space. Modern bathroom with shower. Ample parking. Good local pub within walking distance and several others a short drive away.

Newbridge Cottage

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.

The Luxury Cottage – Surrey Countryside Retreat

The Luxury Cottage at Whitmoor Farm accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, each with a king bed and bunk beds, plus a lounge with Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the estate’s tennis court, trampoline, and shared outdoor swimming pool (heated May–Sept; open until 15 Oct). Set on 38 acres of woodlands between Guildford and Woking, with fast train access to London. Pets allowed — up to 2 small pets, £25 per pet for the stay.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
