It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. You will have the whole house and large garden to yourself with ample parking in the drive. Located 35 miles from central London, 10 minutes from Gatwick. Turners Hill village is a 2 min drive away.

Located within a leafy residential cul-de-sac close to Leatherhead train station which provides direct links to London Waterloo and the Underground Network. Just 5 minutes from junction 9 of the M25 with London Gatwick and London Heathrow airports both being 30 minutes drive from the property. Fetcham Village offers a number of small shops and Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants. There are a number of attractions close by to suit families, couples and individuals.
