This, 1000 square foot home, only 35' off the Bay of Green Bay, was built in 2018. The setting is picturesque and tranquil. The 1st floor of this 2 story home features a complete kitchen with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware, a dining area, a half bath, and a living room that looks out to the Bay of Green Bay. Our stay was so enjoyable. The space accommodated our family of 5 (three kids under 6) well. It was so fun to explore the area and we loved playing on the waterfront. The amenities were top notch and convenient. We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen, played in the yard, relaxed in the living room after exploring. We are excited to come back!

This was a perfect weekend getaway- wish we had more time! Beautiful and peaceful property! Such a great way for this Chicago family to unwind and sneak in a Packers game. Mark was super responsive. The pics of the views from the water don’t do it justice! We’d come back for sure!

David's cottage is great and accommodates a large group well (we had 12). It is very comfortable and well equipped. We had a couple disappointments, and this was no fault to David and Debra. There is no smoking on the property and it is listed plainly in the House Rules, but I did not check that before booking because I don't smoke or have pets. However, we did have 2 smokers in our party and they had to leave the property every time they smoked. Another was we were not able to use the fire pit because of a fire ban in the area. Some nice surprises were cherry pie and apple cider donuts! I would highly recommend, just read the house rules (including parking) before you book.

This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. The location right on the water is so beautiful. Gorgeous sunsets, and lots of star gazing at night. Peaceful and private but convenient to all that Egg Harbor has to offer. The house is cute, clean and had lots of room for our family gathering.
