Monthly Rentals in Donji Karin

Very nice studio, special mention for the sea view from the balcony and the kindness of Maja who recommended places to see in the area :)

We were at the property in the spring while everything started to bloom all around the village and you met turtles and lizards on the various walks around the village or meet a goat shepherd with herd. Everything very authentic, including the cottage. It is like a kind of townhouse between parties living there and at the end of the charming backyard someone also has chickens. Children can play well in the backyard - there were even some toys in the accommodation - and there are very few cars in front, no thoroughfare. You just need to know that in this traditional construction, the bedrooms upstairs can be reached via an external staircase. On arrival, coffee, fruit, spread and juice for the children as well as cold beer were waiting for us and we were allowed to taste the wine prepared by the landlord himself - really fantastic! For questions and concerns, the landlords were easy to reach and very helpful - thank you for the great stay!

We loved our stay during the Easter time. Very private and peaceful. Zadar is the city that is the nearest, approx. 20min drive. Beach access and good internet. Recommended!

We were a total of 4 boys and had a great stay. Natalija and her husband Mate are super friendly and do everything to make your vacation easier. Due to the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier and could even decide on the day of departure when we wanted to check out, the vacation became even more relaxed. Mate even took us to the airport. The house is (except for the loungers by the pool) exactly as seen on the pictures and very clean and tidy. There are pretty much all the kitchen utensils and also spices, coffee, coffee filters and much more. The house is quite remote, but still easy and quick to reach with a car. Without a car, however, it is more difficult, as at least out of season there is hardly any bus and there are no timetables. Overall, it was a great stay and we would be happy to come back.
