The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Secure private parking for 2 cars is available at the back of the property (there is plenty of public parking space avaliable within 1 min of walk)

This new, modern house is located in Zemunik Donji, 10 km from Zadar. An ideal choice for families with children. It is located on a fenced property with a swimming pool, lawn, barbecue and large parking lot. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and a TV. Wifi is available throughout the house. Within an hour's drive from the house are the cities of Zadar, Nin, Biograd, National Parks Paklenica and Krka, and many other attractive locations. The nearest beach is 10km away, the store 1km, the airport 4km.
