Places to stay that were really, really nice Location is perfect You can walk to Han Market You can walk to the night market (I'm full, so I'm walking on purpose) There are many good restaurants around the area All the restaurants that Kevin recommended were good. He carried my luggage and was really kind, so it was good from the start. I'll definitely book again next time I travel to Da Nang.

My stay here was phenomenal. This place is a hidden gem, location is unreal - situated very close to the mountains of son tra as well as the quieter side of the beach. The view from the balcony is stupendous! The apartment itself is very comfortable for a long stay, and was fully cleaned every week or so by the host (free of charge). The host helped me rent a motorbike which was at a significantly cheaper rate for the month compared to elsewhere in town. Finally, the hosts were so quick to respond to any queries, easy to communicate with, and helped with so much such. Would recommend to anyone!

I can recommend the place in general. It's not very expensive, but you need to be prepared for some little things. Equally distant from Lotte Mart and the sea. It's pretty hard to find, order a taxi and food. Because Grab and Maxim are in a wasteland in this area 😂 Here are some things to consider: 1. There is no hood in the bathroom, so if you are not alone, then get ready to test your relationship. 2. Very poor water pressure. 5 seconds good and 20 seconds weak. The water is boiling for 5 seconds, and then it's cold for 20 seconds. 3. Hearing. It depends on your luck with the neighbors. It was quiet most of the time. But for a couple of days, some Vietnamese family came in, who yelled at the child all night, beat him and generally made a mess. 4. There was a serious lack of a clothes dryer. I had to buy a rope and stretch it on the balcony.
