Modern apartment in Quesada High st which has been newly renovated to a high standard. There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. The master bedroom has a very nice king size bed and wardrobe/unit

We are renting out our home - perfect for families with small children/babies and a pet; a lovely garden, private pool and a large bbq area for lazy, relaxing days. The house has 3 bedr. (with AC’s) and 2 baths. Villa Lindal is close to Rojales AquaPrk, La Maquesa Golf (walking range). The beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Mata, a short drive Temp (May): our neighbours have unexpectedly started renovating their house. This may cause some disturbance/noise during working hours Mon-Friday’s.

Superb Three Bedroom semi detached Villa.

This superb home from home was created for ourselves without any intention of renting but lack of time to use has led us to decide to let to responsible discerning guests rather than have it stand empty. It is superbly furnished as can be seen in the photos. The property is right on the Pool which although a communal pool it is such a small complex it is always peaceful with private garden and BBQ area. Shops and restaurants are 5 min walk and it is a 20 min walk to the centre of Quesada.
