Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

The most common compliment heard among our summer guests is, "This is paradise!". So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

Recently renovated with an antique wooden attic. Large and cozy, with panoramic lake views and a bedroom on the mezzanine. For heating, we have a nice cast iron wood-burning stove, which is easy to light and immediately creates a warm and romantic atmosphere! Essential kitchen with microwave, American coffee machine, satellite TV. Tavern with vault and fireplace.
