Stylish and spacious De Luxe apartment (57 m2) with a capacity of up to 5 people is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and living room. For your convenience, you can use the garden, playground or hot tub right in the garden. Pets are free and welcome. We also offer the possibility of breakfast by arrangement. Parking right next to the property. When using other apartments, the capacity of the Rustic House guesthouse is up to 9 people.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

Take the whole family to this great space with plenty of space for fun and entertainment. For infants, a travel cot and high chair can be placed free of charge.
