Great waterfront property. Exactly as described. Wonderful views. Marco was a great host. Property is close to everything you would need.

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is in a beautiful place, in a quiet stone village, overlooking the church. The apartment had everything you needed- including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a coffee pot. It took approximately thirty minutes to the sea, the restaurant was right in the next village, shop even a minute walk. The residents of the village were very kind and we felt welcome. The communication with Ellen was great, quick. We loved the most on vacation trips around Aurig, the mountains, the nature of other cities. The sea is also clean, but especially the city beaches are prevalent, even though we were able to discover a few natural ones. Thank you so much for everything, we'd love to come back!

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb and beautiful view of Monaco! Matthieu and team ensured we were well taken care of during our stay and communication was fantastic! He gives a local guide to all guests and guests can also use uber app to get into Monaco (only in France side). Wonderful amenities and all like the photos! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Don’t hesitate

Thank you for the lovely stay. Nicole was always super accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to check in 3 hours earlier, for which we are very grateful! Check-in and checkout went impeccable. The apartment was great, the location perfect, you can do a lot and the views are stunningly beautiful. The location is also perfect for walking the dog. The only thing that bothers, especially at night, is the train, I think with smaller children that will be difficult. We didn't mind it much, but we still woke up briefly at night. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nicole and the place! We will be happy to come back! Thanks for everything and the great hospitality.

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

It's a nice place on a busy coast but here really quiet. A bit of a walk to the beach. Back uphill. Parking is a bit difficult by car, but that gets used to. Very helpful host. Also the mother of the host is very helpful. They'll be here to help. Received fresh eggs from their hens daily. They provide quick answers to questions and give good tips about the area, travel to Genoa etc. Beautiful house, spacious and nice terrace. Peace and view of the green surroundings. Cervo is a beautiful place. I would go there again in a minute. Only point of criticism: the coastal region is very busy and cozy, but really a problem to park your car somewhere. So we mainly stayed in the immediate area of the town. Within walking distance. Tip: rent scooter And choose public transport ( to Genoa)

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Very kind and helpful host, nice accommodation, as in the photos, 15 minutes by car from the sea, quite clean and great value for money!

We were a group of ten people staying at Marcel's villa. Eight of us slept in the available beds while two slept in the bunk beds, which was completely fine. The villa is a marvel with many different sections and spots to relax, swim, cook, and much more. Beware that the driveway is very tight, and we spent some time on the logistics of having two cars in the garage. They both fit, but quite a bit of time was spent maneuvering around. The area around the villa provides lots of different activities. During the week, we played padel, golf, tennis, hiked, ran, and biked all within a short ten-minute drive. Marcel and Liga provided us with lots of tips on the area and helped us out quickly if there were any questions. We really hope to be back sometime, thanks, Marcel and Liga!

A great stay at Guy's apartment that perfectly matches the photos and our expectations. Ideally located, it is close to the beach, shops and the old town. Parking is a real plus in this rental but it is undoubtedly the sea view that we will remember. See you soon in this beautiful area.

We had a fabulous week in Beaulieu sur Mer in Mikhail’s place! Mikhail was extremely helpful and very communicative - sending us videos of the apartment during the booking process and further videos and guidance on gaining access to the property. He was also very helpful with advice on local amenities and options for returning to the airport. The apartment was perfect - very modern, clean and ideally situated close to the marina, with fabulous views out to sea - we would definitely return again!

Thank you for offering us a pleasant stay in this magnificent palace. We enjoyed the very quiet garden of the residence. The location 10 minutes from the bus station and the train station was very much appreciated. The only downside for older people is the tiring climb to reach the apartment from the center.

Excellent stay at Stéphane's. Listing is as described and photos. Perfect location for visiting Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc. Big plus for underground parking. Very good communication with Stéphane.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!
