We stayed for one week and it felt like home great location We walked with the kids to the beach from the flat and also it was easy to park everywhere and it was a bonus that the flat had a garage to park for free! We spent time in the balcony it was a lovely apartment in Nice!! THANK YOU

Elisa is a very nice host. check in / check out went smoothly. the apartment is in a great location and only a few minutes from the sea. The apartment is very comfortable and we would always book the apartment again. The only thing we were missing was air conditioning.

Stan's apartment is located at a very approachable place. It was easily accessible by bus and train. The view from the apartment is wonderful looking out at the bay. The apartment was clean with all basic amenities provided. Most importantly, Stan was always reachable and accommodating even as we faced delays with our travel. We had a wonderful stay at his place and would suggest it to all.

I stayed in this house and loved it. The house is exactly as described in the photos: clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked, perfect for cooking meals independently. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed the tranquility of the area. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay. Ivan and his family went above and beyond to make us comfortable right away, the house is beautiful and with a breathtaking view. There are several things that make it great for families with children but not only, the interiors are well cared for and the cleanliness is impeccable. Liguria is a land I recently met and it is slowly turning out to be my favorite Italian region, the kindness of people everywhere I went has remained in my heart. I recommend everyone to visit it, the convenient location of the place makes it possible to visit a number of places within a short distance such as the Albenga and Alassio promenade, but also the hinterland, with its farms and various tastings of the excellent local wines and oils. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Super accommodation, functional, very clean and very well-equipped! The decor is original, the terrace is lovely. It feels like you're on vacation right away! The accommodation is very quiet and the parking space is a real plus. Federico is a very responsive and friendly host. We had a great stay, and would definitely recommend this place!

Truly one of the best locations in the Port area. Literally a block from the Port Lympia tram stop. The building is quiet and the little terrace is nice for morning coffee. The apartment is small but has everything you need. The stairs to the loft/bed area are narrow so not ideal for all body types. Having a washing machine was a great bonus. I can't say enough about the host. Vassil was welcoming and responded quickly to all messages. I will definitely stay at one of his other locations the next time I'm in Nice.

Great location, wonderful views, nice stay, clean bathrooms, kitchen and facilities. A little on the costly side, nevertheless it was a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Jasmine's place was perfect! The location is a short 3-minute walk from restaurants, grocery stores, the train station, and the beach. The location cannot be beat, and it's very quiet. The apartment is exactly as listed in the description. It's newly remodeled, cute, and has everything you will need. Brian, the manager, is by far the best house manager. He communicates within minutes of any text I send. He is helpful and knowledgeable about local sights, drivers, and restaurant recommendations, as well as any other questions I had. He is also very proactive with weekly check-ins to ensure everything is okay with the apartment and asks if I need anything. I highly recommend this studio apartment if you are visiting Villefranche-sur-Mer!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

The terrace, the magnificent view and the kitchen/dining room window alone are 5 stars! House in a building from the 70s, on the border with Borghetto, on a busy road but not annoying from the top floor. Very close to the sea, a little less to the center of Loano, but with a very pleasant fifteen-minute walk you get there. Clean apartment, maybe some work to do (the age of the building is there), but... the pluses make you forget any "flaws". Very nice host, helpful and ready to respond to any need and provide in a timely manner. Super recommended!
