This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. Although there is a separate area to sit and relax, you can also spread out in the tree house. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calau Switzerland on foot. Calau train station is about 2.5 km away.

This is the place to read, write, meditate, cook, stargaze, mushroom pick (dehydrator available), feed chickens, campfire, forest walks and wildlife watching. If you want to unwind and enjoy nature for a while, this is the place. The place is also good for slightly longer breaks, such as writing a book.

The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
