The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There is air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
