Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

Edison’ s place was very spacious and very conveniently located, very close to local amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, beach , coffee shops etc, within 5 minutes walking distance. Edison is a great guy, very friendly, knowledgeable and communicates with you whenever you need anything, he was just one phone call away. I would definitely recommend Edison’ s place .

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

Wir durften traumhaft schöne Tage im Fischerhaus von Tripo und Mila verbringen. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Den tatsächlichen Luxus bietet diese wunderbare Terrasse mit einem unbeschreiblichen Blick. Dadurch hat man einen privaten Rückzugsort, was nach einem aktiven Tag besonders wohltuend ist. Die kleine Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke bietet frische und sehr leckere Backwaren an. Hervorzuheben ist zudem die komplikationslose und einfache Kommunikation mit Mila. Sie antwortet auf jede Frage äußerst schnell und sehr professionell. Wir haben uns ernstgenommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen wärmstens empfehlen, die diese tolle und abwechslungsreiche Region für sich erkunden wollen.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the villa! The last days of September marked the end of the holiday season, and we experienced some thunderstorms and heavy rain. The villa is in a superb location with breathtaking views and peaceful, private surroundings. It’s equipped with everything you could need—kitchen full of gadgets, utensils, plates, even oils and spices. We enjoyed cooking dinners after shopping at Cogimar, a 'Harrods' lookalike store just 3 minutes away. The villa can fit 8 people, but it’s more suitable for 6, as the loft space is a mezzanine above the kitchen/lounge, and sound travels easily. The walk to Kotor Old Town is over 30 minutes but pleasant. A taxi back costs 6-7 euros, and there's parking for 2-3 cars. This villa would be my dream house with its mid-century vibes—bright and modern. However, it needs some modernisation: it's slightly dated, damp, and some windows don't close or lock. It needs TLC.

pobyt u Macy i Marko będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. byliśmy tam miesiąc mieliśmy do dyspozycji cały dom z 2 tarasami w tym jeden na dachu z widokiem na morze. Maca opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt, obdarowała mojego wnuka zabawkami i często bawiła się z nim. Przez cały okres mieliśmy dużo gości co wiązało się z częstą zmianą pościeli i ręczników, z czym nie było żadnego problemu. Pyszne figi z jej drzewa były do naszej dyspozycji, a winogrona, smaczny z nich sok czy arbuzy, to tylko niektóre podarunki, którymi nas rozpieszczała. Nawet ładowarkę, którą zostawiliśmy odesłała nam do Polski. Jej życzliwość będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. Pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania.

ons verblijf bij Ivan was heel fijn! Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, in de keuken mogen er nog wel wat spulletjes bij, zoals een scherp mes en wat zout en peper om te koken. Ivan is heel vriendelijk en helpt je graag. Locatie is mooi, lekker privé en rustig en dicht bij mooie natuurgebieden. Aanrader!

The apartments are great and met our expectations. I didn't meet the host in person; we communicated via Viber, and she responded quickly, resolving any issues promptly. The distance to the sea is about 2 km, which isn't critical if you have a car. The nearby beaches are mostly rocky, so it's advisable to have special shoes for swimming on rocky beaches. There is a sandy-rocky beach called Barska Plaza not far away. The landscapes around are very beautiful, and the people are friendly and helpful. Montenegro is a wonderful country.
