The accommodation was very nicely decorated. Everything you needed was there. The ski resorts were very quickly accessible.

We felt very comfortable from one second. Everything was explained to us directly at check-in and we were given tips for activities. The apartment was perfect, the location was very good and the amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor white pool and sauna were also very soothing and the view of the mountains from the pool was stunning. Communication also went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

We were guests at 'La Casa di Leo' for a weekend in the snow. From the first contact, Carlo presented himself as a friendly and very helpful person. Before our arrival, he showed us videos of how to enter the building and the apartment, making the self check-in a real convenience. In the house, the environment was clean and tidy. We would have liked more hygienic attention to the linen kit because it did not smell clean even if it did not appear used or dirty. The two single mattresses in the second bedroom are a little uncomfortable. Overall, in our opinion it is a welcoming property, in a convenient location for the ski resorts in the area and managed by an equally good host.

Very nice appt with great access to the ski slopes. The appt was very clean and Laura has it very well organized including a QR code that takes you to a guide with instructions and also good recommendations. I had two great experiences to stay in Rene's place. After my first stay, I went back for the second time. My second visit was particularly impressive for his acrobatic response. I arrived earlier than the time for check-in. Luckily the guest before mine left the apartment earlier than the check-out time. I arrived after a long and exhausting travel, thinking just to deposit my heavy suitcase in an empty not-yet cleaned room (at past 9:00am). To my total surprise, Rene made it possible to prepare an immaculate clean room in time for my arrival just in a space of one hour or so! I am so grateful for his kind hospitality to welcome a tired guest. It was a bliss to be able to unpack and rest before starting my day. You will love Rene's place for the cleanness of the apartment, for all amenities, and above all for the owner's kind consideration to welcome you. I fully recommend Rene's place for all those who travel to Innsbruck. You will love it. I will definitively go back to his place.

Large, clean and tidy apartment, equipped with all comforts. The Stube on emitted a special warmth and a sense of serenity. Sabrina warmly welcomed us by giving us precise and punctual directions.

We had a lovely time at Giulio's house. The house is clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen. Giulio is always available, gave lots of local recommendations, the house is spacious, I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Very clean, there was nothing missing. The only drawback is the hotel next door, which was celebrating a wedding and we were exposed to extreme noise until late at night. The hostess can't do anything about that, but this should be considered when booking this location.

This place is even better than the photos. It is a beautiful location and the place is well built. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would love to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Katharina is a very nice and helpful host and I felt very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish and lovingly decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is centrally located and yet quietly located in a dreamy little villa with an equally beautiful cafe. For me it was the perfect stay!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

As soon as we entered, my wife had a huge smile on her face. We loved the place and enjoyed our time there. Ute was very helpful and responded to any question/request within the hour, usually with more information that we didn’t know we needed! The area is lovely, nestled right below mountains in all directions. Can’t recommend this location enough!
