Spacious and very comfortable apartment, exactly as pictured. It is about 110m2, located in a fenced residence with security agents, which is very reassuring. I particularly appreciated the calm, the comfort and the beautiful view at sunset. The host is very professional, pleasant and always available if needed. I highly recommend this listing!

i recommend it 100%! First of all, the accommodation has all the necessary amenities, the place is perfect and safe. The neighborhood is very good, not noisy and polite. The bedding is very good, with the air conditioning I slept very well. second host, Mr Karim was exceptional in every way, very pleasant and responsive, he puts you at ease with sympathy and kindness. this is my favorite accommodation in Algiers, I will gladly come back. don't hesitate, it's a gem, great value for money. salam aleykoum.

A beautiful house and a real haven of peace!!! Between the pool, the garden... it was the best of the best! Before I arrived I had some doubts about the condition of the house but I was amazed by the cleanliness and beautiful decoration. Of course, a great host to welcome us. I had a great stay at Zakaria’s place The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What made the experience even better was the warm welcome I received from my friend El Mestich, who kindly showed me around and made sure I felt at home. We had a great time at Mahfoud's place. The place is very clean , and has everything you need. The neighborhood is very quiet , shopping street and lively less than 5 minutes away. Mahfoud was very responsive, perfect communication. We were welcomed by her family who was very discreet. This will be our address during our visits to Algiers! Don't hesitate to stay there! The plus: parking available and Algiers center very close by car.

We enjoyed our vacation in Algiers at this lovely house. The host is very responsive and the sweetest. We were greeted during the check in and were well informed about the area of the place. The area where the house is located is highly secured and very safe as it’s next to the presidential palace and as a foreigner, I’m so impressed to see this for the first time. My family and the children truly enjoyed our stay, it was a sweet ending to our vacation in Algiers and we picked the right house. Pictures were exactly the same as described, even better in live. House is so clean, and smells great. Everything is perfect and highly recommended!

Great stay in Kouba! The place was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It's a perfect match for the listing. The location is ideal: in a quiet area and a stone's throw from the metro, which greatly facilitates travel. The host was responsive, welcoming, and very professional. What I can say about Lamia’s place, the apartment was amazing you have all you need to relax and enjoy the holiday, the swimming pool was amazing with all the green staff around and the good thing is open 24/h so any time you want you can swim, the beach is 2 min by walk and you can have one of the best sea view from the lovely balcony, the staff in the reception are very friendly and ready to help anytime specially Joe he was very kind helpful and professional and he keep asking if I need anything thanks to them , I didn’t have the chance to meet Madame Lamia next time maybe 😊 I will recommended to all my friends and Family and anyone who want to have a relaxing holiday See you soon 🤞🤞

The place was beautiful, and Lina was incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay by the sea. The view was breathtaking, and the whole area had a charming, peaceful vibe. however, just a heads-up the beach nearby didn’t feel family-friendly during our visit. It was mostly crowded with groups of young guys, which made it a bit uncomfortable for me and my wife to go down and enjoy a swim That might have been due to the Eid holidays, as it’s not quite summer season here yet.

Very well-located residence. Tram 2 min, waterfront 5 min walk In the evening you can walk around, eat and drink tea. In front of the school during opening hours there is traffic and inevitably noise but not so disturbing as that. Well, the hostess who screams all morning shocked me more than bothered me. You have a garage. Discreet and available staff. New accommodation, some finishing touches are still needed. I recommend this residence. Serious and responds quickly to messages. Thanks to them

Cheraga is the perfect city a few km from Algiers center and this apartment too:) everything is nearby, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy, and even a small shopping center for shopping...
