The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Located on the beach and 5mn walk from city center, our house can accommodate up to 8 people (*) Enjoy the beach and the terrasse (fully equiped) Ground floor: one large room with living room and kitchen 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen size), bathroom and WC. 2nd floor: 2 up to 4 single beds. Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)

Come rest and enjoy the many activities of our beautiful region. The house (75 m2) on the ground floor was completely renovated in March 2023. Ideally located 300 m from Cabourg beach and its famous Marcel Proust promenade, from which you can reach the city center and its many shops in a 15-minute walk. The Thalasso center is less than a 10-minute walk from the property. The house offers an enclosed garden for outdoor dining.

La Maison d'en face - Normandy Gîte

The supply of bed linens, towels, dish towels and firewood in season is included in the price. You will enjoy a country house completely renovated in 2020, on a 2 ha property, occupied by a few sheep and horses. Typical Norman, the house is nonetheless very bright.
