This newly refurbished studio is ideally located. Beachfront residence, you have direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. 10 minutes' walk is enough to access the casino and the Rue de la Mer where there are various restaurants. You also have a mini golf 3 minutes away. Travel light, sheets and towels are included in the price, you don't need to bring anything🙂. Arrival and departure times are flexible, please let me know🙂.

All comfort and perfectly equipped, you will enjoy with family or friends a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen and nice sitting area. 2 Pretty bedrooms: 1 king size bed/bunk beds for children (90 x 175). Pillows and duvets provided with protection. Extra linens and towels on request (not included in the price).

Completely redone with modern and zen decoration, you will find everything you need with a west-facing orientation and a sea view nearby... fall asleep to the sound of the waves... Two swimming pools, one indoors in case of bad weather and open year-round. Beautiful view overlooking the harbor. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso, dishwasher, TV, exceptional amenities. Linen provided at extra cost. A protocol is in place to ensure cleaning and disinfection between each new booking.

Quiet, ten minutes' walk to the Marcel Proust promenade, downtown and 100 meters to the bridge that crosses the Dives and leads to the port of Dives and Houlgate.

For over 20 years we have been coming regularly to this beautiful Norman city of Cabourg, attractive and lively all year round.
