Dear visitors, I suggest you stay in this pretty studio, restored, on the ground floor of my lovely fisherman's house with independent entrance, close to the lighthouse, the beach, the historic city center and its famous port Free Naturospace parking is at the end of the street. You can leave your car there for the duration of your stay. All visits to the city as well as shopping can be done on foot. The small courtyard is a place shared with me and my neighbor

Charming house with swimming pool, beach, city center

Charming Norman house, renovated with a lot of taste. I really like the decoration, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is 15 minutes walking. A large comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A billiard room is available upstairs.

This newly refurbished studio is ideally located. Beachfront residence, you have direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. 10 minutes' walk is enough to access the casino and the Rue de la Mer where there are various restaurants. You also have a mini golf 3 minutes away. Travel light, sheets and towels are included in the price, you don't need to bring anything🙂. Arrival and departure times are flexible, please let me know🙂.

All comfort and perfectly equipped, you will enjoy with family or friends a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen and nice sitting area. 2 Pretty bedrooms: 1 king size bed/bunk beds for children (90 x 175). Pillows and duvets provided with protection. Extra linens and towels on request (not included in the price).

Very nice Duplex of 40 m2 facing south, located in a 3-star residence on the marina Port Guillaume 300 m from the beach of Cabourg. Two swimming pools, one indoors in case of bad weather and open year-round. Beautiful view overlooking the harbor. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso, dishwasher, TV, exceptional amenities. Linen provided at extra cost. A protocol is in place to ensure cleaning and disinfection between each new booking.
