This newly refurbished studio is ideally located. Beachfront residence, you have direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. 10 minutes' walk is enough to access the casino and the Rue de la Mer where there are various restaurants. You also have a mini golf 3 minutes away. Travel light, sheets and towels are included in the price, you don't need to bring anything🙂. Arrival and departure times are flexible, please let me know🙂.

Two swimming pools, one indoors in case of bad weather and open year-round. Beautiful view overlooking the harbor. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso, dishwasher, TV, exceptional amenities. Linen provided at extra cost. A protocol is in place to ensure cleaning and disinfection between each new booking.
