It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. On the activity side: a pool table, board games, petanque court, bike, proximity to animals. The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)

Charming fully renovated house 600 m from the sea. Ideal location for discovering the landing beaches. The "Petit Pelloquin" is located in the park of a property (19th century) and is composed of a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (clawfoot tub), a master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Linens are provided. Large garden, courtyard with dining area. We also have 5 guest rooms "La maison Pelloquin"
