Loft vacation rentals in Calvados

A lovely open space in bustling Honfleur. Even at this cold temperature, it was easy to heat up. The parking nearby is fine and there is also a possibility to put the car very close for e.g. loading and unloading. We had a very nice stay and can highly recommend it. Janneke and Bob

Charming and spacious apartment right on the beach, with sunset into the balcony doors. We were 5 (3 kids) and had plenty of space. The city is classic French with everything you need and few tourists. The beach with delicious sand and lovely bathing water. In the morning when the tide is out, we ran to Deauville by pier and beach. And easy and safe to bike there with kids. Restaurant Key West on the beach is high class, as is Villa in the small main street. We'll be back if we're welcome

Clean accommodation, beautiful space, everything is nearby (restaurants, transport...). A pleasant, responsive host. If you want to spend a vacation in Caen I recommend this apartment.

Location is ideal and even historic. The loft is extraordinarily peaceful. The insulation is great which is a great surprise for an old palace. The apartment well arranged on two complementary levels, and well-maintained. The calm and the view compensate for all the little wear and tear of the past. An update of the explanations on the history and genius of the former owner as well as on the period furniture that is no longer on site would be a plus, but the spirit is always present:) The kitchen is small but well equipped even if it is missing a vmc or a range hood to really make the most of it. We really enjoyed our short week of vacation and would love to come back. A special thank you to Patricia for her kindness:)

Great stay, very satisfied, thanks to Mike and his partner for their unique hospitality. We really liked the very functional apartment, the fully equipped kitchen, the cleanliness of the place and the spirit that emanated from it. There is even a terrace with a nice surface area (not so useful in winter...) that offers a great view of the valley and the bridge of Normandy.
