For us, it was like winning the lottery, as we came across this gem at short notice. Carola's apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the Neckar and is still well connected to public transport. In max. 10 minutes you can reach a stop of the U14, in about 15 minutes one of the U12. The old apartment on the 1st floor is tasteful and spacious; every day I discovered new positive details. Everything is very clean, with a modern fitted kitchen and high-quality dishes. Upon arrival, we found water bottles, wine, apples and sweets. There were even toothbrushes in the bathroom – an all-inclusive package. You feel like you're with a relative. The garden can be shared, and there is a small grocery store nearby. Stuttgart is hilly, and some stairs lead to the apartment; with a walker it would be rather unsuitable. Communication was quick and friendly despite our last-minute booking. The apartment is not only beautiful, but also very cozy and welcoming – you immediately feel at home. Everything was available, and everything was really thought of, from the kitchen equipment to small extras that made the stay particularly pleasant. The apartment was also spotlessly clean and well maintained. Madeleine was flexible and very friendly, responded quickly to questions and gave great recommendations for the area. I'd love to come back :-)

Alla was always available and took good care of us - even when I was in bed with a headache, she organized painkillers for me. Everything was super quiet and we could enjoy the time with her with a lot of privacy.

She was incredibly flexible and helpful, allowing me to check in early and check out late, which made my stay so much more convenient. I truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. It was a lovely accommodation to stay-very clean and cozy. The place is far from the Stuttgart city center but it worth it. I would choose this place for my next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay! Christian’s property was cosy, clean and modern, with all the essentials we needed. The bed and sofa were comfortable and all kitchen appliances were clean and easy to use, including the BBQ. The surrounding area offered beautiful views that we spent hours looking at on the balcony. An added bonus for us were the bikes, it was a great way to explore the local area. The property was in a quiet area and offered safe and secure parking. It was a great place to explore the region from with easy access to both the Autobahn and amazing country roads. Christian is lovely and always there for support if needed.

We had a great stay at Tamara's place. The location and views are beautiful. Tamara also gave us some tips for activities beforehand. You just felt like it was important to her that we felt comfortable and so do we! I would come back anytime

We had a wonderful stay at this lovingly renovated apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing was really missing. We especially loved the small garden, which invites you to relax. The host was extremely friendly and helpful – even a grill was provided to us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The place was as shown in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy - made a very good impression. I only used the bathroom, but if someone wants to, you can also cook, which I think is very good if you don't feel like ordering or going to a restaurant. In short, I was more than satisfied with my two-day stay. I'd come back if I'm in the area.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment - very nice, quiet location, but still easily accessible from the city center, parking no problem. Simona and Thomas were very helpful and friendly and each responded very quickly to messages. The apartment is super equipped (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room, balcony), very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail - definitely also suitable for longer stays, it has everything you need. Heilbronn and surroundings have a lot to offer - we would like to come back another time for a few days.

Since I am a repeat offender, I can only agree with the first application. It's simple and just perfect. Not only the apartment, but the whole environment is very well maintained and quiet. Ismail and his family are super sweet. He is very easy to reach and always interested in improving the apartment even further and responding to the needs of the guests. If Airbnb needs a benchmark for 5 stars, here it is. To all other guests, enjoy.
