Such a special, delightful place. The farm, the surroundings, the river, the barn is beautifully appointed and set up. Our 4.5yr old loved it and was very secure here. The communication and info from Nicki was spot on. We really hope to come back, next time for even longer!

What a wonderful way to spend Christmas! Beautiful house and outstanding location, perfect for long walks to recharge. We walked to Dartmouth on Christmas Eve, catching the ferry back to Dittisham and a chance to see the many seals close up, resting on the pontoon by the pier. The Ferry Inn was packed with friendly locals after our Christmas dip at Blackpool Sands. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and serve a full Christmas dinner for the family. A perfect holiday - thank you.

We had a wonderful time here. The cottage was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. We were a family of 4 with 2 young boys and a dog and we had all we needed for our stay.

Sheila and Richard are by far and away absolute superhosts, the images of The Folly and Fingals are amazing but upon arrival it's evidently clear that the reality of their space is a step above. I've recommended them and their beautiful place to many a friend and family upon returning home yesterday and will continue to do so. Both Sheila and Richard are incredibly accommodating and super responsive to any and all queries, which is always an incredible plus in my book. I cannot recommend booking with the pair of them enough.
