Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

We have a light and comfortable studio apartment with great views and amazing countryside walks just waiting for your arrival! Adjacent to the South Downs National park, with a pub/restaurant close by and easy access to Lewes and Brighton. Bear in mind we aren't served by good public transport. The 'Garden Studio' is good for couples, walkers, riders and cyclists. Set in glorious countryside with virtually no light pollution, come and enjoy the buzzards by day and the stars by night.

We had a wonderful stay at Beacon View. The space is compact but beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The garden is absolutely lovely—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, and secure for dogs—and everything inside and out is of excellent quality. The surrounding area is stunning, with fantastic walks right from the doorstep and a truly fabulous view from the property itself. The hosts were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and helpful, while also giving us complete privacy. It was the perfect balance. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Jane's flat. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Good parking and access to local trains. It felt nice and private but the hosts were on hand if we needed them and weree very responsive. Some lovely thoughtful touches, it was a real home from home and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you 👍

Just as the pictures show, it is a beautifully and thoughtfully designed home. Every detail feels deliberate to make the place comfortable as well as look great. We brought our bikes and Alienor helpfully made space in a shed to store them. She was also helpful pointing out safe routes to cycle with our five year old (who is asking when we can go back). We loved it!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Sarah was an amazing host, super responsive, full of great local recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
